"I began taking private yoga classes with Dianne following being diagnosed with a medical condition that is worsened by stress and toxins. Dianne and I have been partners in my journey to wellness for the past 2 years (maybe 3 lol). Our work together is comprehensive. We meditate, slowly work on improving nutrition, move with the breath, and work on strengthening the body but releasing any emotional or energy blocks. This is all done in a fun atmosphere. My medical condition has significantly improved. I am excited to discover in a real way how the mind and body influence each other and are in fact two sides of one coin.
